Functional apartment in bedroom 1 😊. The staff here were super nice, friendly, and really on top of things.

wonderful, perfectly fine hotel with flexible stuff. well-organised and generous-sized room plus nice sized bathroom. the amazing view on the mountain. very good services! no charge for wake up service and ironing too. nice experience there.

Our standard studio was well-equipped with a kitchenette, free WiFi, and a safe. The apartment offered a great view of the mountain.- The location in Wellington was excellent, right next to the Wellington museum and close to shops and cafes.

The lighting was shocking. We could hardly read a book let alone do some stitching which I had to do and was unable to do so. Lighting needs streghthen and not so mean with electricity. I know one saves electricity but this was beyond that - we thought it was just plain mean!!!!!!

The units are brand-new and modern, especially bedroom 1. The location is convenient for our needs; just a 10-minute walk from downtown.

It was a very nice room with a great shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and quiet. For me, as a tennis fan [French Open time] it was perfect to have both Sky Sport 1&2 Although I have said below that I would not stay again that is entirely due to the staff member I struck. Without that it would have been a good experience.

The staff member on duty was terse and unhelpful. Even with the map it was a bit difficult to find the parking area. This was another example of the receptionist being unhelpful. If she had taken the time to explain it would have helped. In the morning again the reception was too busy and in fact really annoyed when I rang to ask for the sound to be sorted on the television. She implied I might be responsible.As there was nobody at reception when I left and I didn't know how to get down in the lift without the key I still have it. I will return it when I return next month when I come down.

The cleanliness of the hotel was appealing, bathrooms spotless. The staff were very welcoming and the gym facilities were excellent.

Convenient location close to the Wellington Museum.

Very close to centre of town within walking distance to cake tin for rugby

Very noisey doors shuting to other apartments needs to be looked at as very annoying

It was clean and centrally located. The kitchen was great and large enough to cook a meal. Good value for money.
